Steps of using Neck Support

1. Put your power bank into the power bank pocket.

2. Plug in the power bank with the USB cord.

3. Switch on the power bank if have the power button.

4. When the power button flashing, the protector is ready.

5. Press the power button for three seconds.

6. When the button turn red, the product is working.

7. Manual adjustment has three level:

   • Red light means high-temperature heating continuously.

   • Blue light means medium heating continuously.

   • Green light means low heating continuously.

8. Press the power button for three seconds to turn off the protector. Or the protector will turn off automatically after 30 mins working hour.

Precautions

• Suggest to use external powerbank on 5V2.1A or above.

• Please remove the powerbank if not use for a long time.

• Do not use hot water or strong acid detergent.

• Do not pull the USB cable.

• Do not store under high temperature.
