PowerBlock EXP adjustable and weighted dumbbells each weighs 50 pounds. There are two-stage steel expansion kits are available for additional purchase. Each stage can increase the weight by 20 pounds.

• The second-stage steel sheet expansion kit can increase the weight to 70 pounds (Need to purchase separately)
• The third-stage steel sheet expansion kit can increase the weight to 90 pounds (Need to purchase separately)
• Starts at 5-50 lbs. and expands to 70 and 90 lbs. per hand with 2 add-on kits

Service areas:

• General industrial and commercial areas and residential areas (large estates and housing estates include: Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung)

Areas that do not provide services (including but not limited to the following areas):

• Islands District: Lantau Island (except Tung Chung), Peng Chau, Hei Ling Chau, Lamma Island, Po Toi Island, Cheung Chau, Ngong Ping, Hong Kong International Airport, etc.

• Sai Kung District: Sai Kung City Centre, Pak Sha Wan, Sai Kung Islands, etc.

• And all restricted areas, port areas, Disney, Ocean Park, village houses and low-density residential areas

*Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, deliveries every Wednesday. If Wednesday falls on a holiday, the two jobs will be delivered gradually after the holiday
*The delivery address must be directly accessible by elevator (only high-level duplex stairs are accepted, up to 20 levels). Other delivery locations that cannot be reached directly by elevator will not provide services
