As an added bonus Thera-Band has created a new app which offers an exclusive library of exercises to make the most of the CLX Bands.  Using the Thera-Band CLX and Easy Grip Loops together provides several unique grip options that allow for exercise such as open and closed hand grips, holding objects with resistance, no-grip-required exercises and simultaneous upper and lower body work. The Thera-Band is easy to use and its increased exercise compliance to improve patient outcomes. Each box contains a CLX Band measuring 5 Foot length with 9 loops.
