In a French study, two groups of footballers were treated with Veinoplus Sport electrotherapy for 20 minutes after a strenuous training session. When the other group underwent traditional static recovery, the former group maintained their level of performance after one hour of intense practice, while the latter group experienced a 10% drop in performance from the first session.
In another study, three groups of professional handball players underwent two running sessions and recovered in different ways, including dynamic recovery, static recovery and recovery with Veinoplus Sport. The results showed that after 15 minutes, the performance of the static recovery group decreased by 16% in the second exercise, while the performance of those who recovered with Veinoplus Sport was comparable to that of the first exercise, and it was slightly better than that of the dynamic recovery method; however, it did not cause muscle fatigue like the dynamic recovery method.
